What To Know About Prophesy And The Mayan Calendar
The Mayan societies disappeared from this planet centuries ago. Today few people have any knowledge or understanding of who the Mayans were or what they left behind. Mayans possessed an extreme knowledge of the solar system and the cycles that control it. As a result of this knowledge they created twenty two calendars. The calendars were used to mark time, of course, but were also created for another reason. Calendars created by the Mayans also documented prophesy and changes in our social structure. Many people are talking about prophesy and the Mayan calendar today. Let us take a look at why that is happening.
The last day on the calendar created by the Mayans is December 21, 2012. This is striking fear in some people and many believe it marks the time of the end of the world. But some people believe it means something else. People who are not shuttering in fear understand the meaning of the prophesies and calendars in a different way.
We must begin with the understanding the Mayans had of the universe in order to understand what they meant with the prophesies and the calendar. The last date was described by the Mayans to mean a time when much change will take place and societies would evolve. This called upon a time for societies to stop destructive ways of life and gravitate in a different direction toward a peaceful existence. The beginning of that process was to start in 1999. It was predicted to continue for 13 years until the last day on the calendar.
Cycles of the universe can be explained through Mayan understandings. They believed these cycles are fixed, and what really changes are the behaviors and attitude of the human race. It is possible for a cataclysm to occur, but this would only take place if humans refuse to alter their points of view during the transition period. In other words, they prophesied that our future on this planet depends upon our own ability and willingness to make the changes we need to make.
This way of looking at the last day on the calendar points to positive changes, and not the cataclysmic scenario that some believe. It could be a time of great peace for the world, and the forming of more positive societies. Perhaps all of mankind will finally be able to benefit if the human race decides to move forward in a new direction.
Most people will agree that the prophesies of the Mayans are worth studying even today. One reason is because some point to situations that have come true. In the first prophesy destruction of our natural environment was predicted. That prophesy predicted the exact time in history that global warming became an issue. It is easy to see that the Mayans had knowledge that was well beyond the times of their existence.
The Mayans also predicted the start of a period of change around 1999. Starting in that year the human race was called upon to take a close look at what we believe and how we behave. Relationships were meant to evolve and change and we were to release our fears.
When it comes to prophesy and the Mayan calendar, you will find many conflicting beliefs. It is subject worth exploring, but you will need to come to your own conclusions. One thing is certain, the knowledge of the Mayans is important to us even today.

Is “2012 Doomsday Or A New Beginning” For The Human Race
There is much going on in the world today. There are wars being fought and everywhere there is someone dieing a death of unnatural causes. What is happening to us? Are we going down a hill into despair or will we eventually come out of this alive? Many people believe the end is coming soon and a great deal of those people believe it is going to happen on the year 2012. There is a lot of hype about this particular year. It has people wondering of their fates. Even skeptics can sit dwn and wonder what is going to happen. Everyone is wondering if this the year we are truly doomed. Is “2012 doomsday or a new beginning” for all life on Earth?
Is the dawn of man coming to it’s dusk? What is going to happen to us when the new year comes around? Are we doomed to non-existence? Where do the beliefs of what is going to happen differ?
There has been an argument of what is going to happen this year for a very long time. The Maya were one of the first to speculate that the world was going to end on this year. Nostradamus was another big shot that said something along those lines later. Is the world going to end on 2012 because these people said it would? Are they really that amazing as to be able to tell the future?
The main belief is that we are all going to die. We are all going to turn it dust or vanish into thin air. We are going to launch all of our nuclear warheads and cause the annihilation of our species. The belief is that we are doomed. There will be no life left to speak of and it is unavoidable on this year.
There is another belief that human beings will begins to think a different way on this year. They will drop their old beliefs and embrace a new line of thought and thus the world as we know it will die. Although the world dies, we will live on the be stronger and better than we ever were. The Mayan calendar does end but it begins a new cycle right after!
The more plausible belief is that absolutely nothing is going to happen and everyone is getting worked up over nothing. No bombs will be dropped anywhere and so new way of thought will emerge. People have speculated the end for centuries and it is yet to occur. What makes this way any different then the pipe smoke blown from all the other countless peoples of the Earth?
Yes, 2012 has caused a lot of hype. Movies have been produced and hundreds of books have been made. All of them revolve around 2012. It is amazing to try and sift through the large array of texts and try and find anything with any factual information. Simply because there hardly is any. Here is very little evidence that anything will happen on 2012 that will end the human race. There is an actual scientific fact proof a few things possibly happening though. One of these things include a large solar flare that could knock out all of the Earth’s satellites that will occur on that year. The Maya believed that a meteor would strike the Earth and they spent their whole life as a civilization looking at the stars. Nothing is ever certain though.
That is the main information to know about that upcoming year. Is 2012 doomsday or a new beginning for everyone on Earth? Nothing is for certain.

2012 Doomsday: Fact Or Fiction?
It might be time to go and get your cardboard sign suggesting that the end is near. Just like many other points in history, several predictions have coincided to point to a specific date, well at least a specific year, to bring about the end of our world as we know it. No other date than December 21, 2012 has received as much hype about being the end of the world, Y2K included. With this assured Armageddon, it has sent some people in search of answers to one question: 2012 Doomsday Fact or Fiction?
The most popular starting point for the predictions of 2012 rests with the ancient Mayan culture. Their elaborate grasp of mathematics and the movement of the parts of the solar system suggest their knowledge was well beyond its time. They designed a calendar that has been on point with various changes and happenings in space.
This same calendar mysteriously ends on December 21, 2012 with no explanation. Some say it is the calendar simply starting over at 1, while others feel as though they ended it to symbolize the end of the world.
More weight for this prediction came around 2900 B. C. With the Book of Change or I Ching. The calculations contained within this book assisted a man by the name of Terrance McKenna to devise a graph that has been very accurate in predicting major world changes. When the graph peaks, it has usually coincided with some major world event that changed people’s lives. This graph also stops without warning or reason in 2012.
Designed to predict the shifts and patterns of the stock market, the Web Bot is further responsible for fueling these theories of Armageddon. By compiling behavior patterns and discussions, the Bot has been over 90% accurate in maintaining a bead on the market. It has also been an indication of tragedies, as illustrated by its prediction of 9/11. The Bot has suggested a worldwide calamity to occur at the end of 2012.
Finally, the planets in our solar system are said to be lining up in a straight line with one another all in 2012. In theory, this will make a black hole with unpredictable results. The Mayan calendar predicted such a drastic shift in the solar system occurring on the final day of their calendar, or to some, the last day of our lives.
You can spend hours online looking at everyone’s proof that the world is going to end in 2012. To be fair, there have been hundreds of days that people have sworn was to be the end of the world, and yet here we are. For every argument, someone has a sensible counter point. The Mayan calendar, many believe it to be starting over, and not ending. The Web Bot, while it might have predicted things like 9/11, has been wrong many times.
It really boils down to what you want to believe. I could join the ranks of someone saying that this is surely the end of the world, or the other long line that says the first line is full of crazy people. I can’t make up your mind, I can only give you what I know. So, 2012 Doomsday, fact or fiction?

Secrets Of Telepathic Humans
When we say an individual is ‘telepathic’ what is it that we really mean by this? The idea is usually considered science fiction or mysticism and is just dismissed by most people. But think of what science has made possible. Everyday we live with cell phones, computers and use of invisible radio and micro waves which retrieve the information we need. Hundreds of jets (controlled by computers) take off and land everyday world wide.
Advanced technology and magic to a primitive culture are said to be indistinguishable from one another. Technology and science have been used to learn about the world around us. And things we have accomplished in recent history was called impossible in the early 1900s. Flights to the moon, moon walks by astronauts and exploration of the oceans which were too deep to be explored before. The use of natural energy from the sun, wind and water to produce energy, has been accomplished with technology which has only been around a short time.
Is it that much of a stretch to consider the possibility that someone really could be Telepathic, but that they simply operate under scientific principles we don’t yet understand?
Investigation, by scientists, of people who are telepathic, is called parapsychology or paraphysics. Even those who investigate this use scientific methods and experiments to get answers to questions on telepathy regardless of what the answer may be or whether its the answer they are looking for.
Telepathic individuals and who are subjects of these experiments, produced results completely tantalizing and less than desired to be proven scientifically. To do this you must have results that are consistent, measurable and repeatable. However, scientific investigation is not perfect. Although the results have been inconsistent and not always able to be duplicated does not in itself prove that individuals are not Telepathic. It only really proves we have lots to learn and a need for more advanced procedures to be developed for testing for telepathy.
How is it possible there are individuals who are Telepathic? How do they communicate with only their minds without using all their other senses? Obviously it is by a means not understood completely. One that doesnt involve hearing, taste, smell or touch, but nevertheless exists. Think what can be done using our advanced communication technology. You can’t see, feel, smell or touch radio waves, but we all know they exist.
Many scientists are now investigating the concept of ‘thought waves’? These are possibly electrical or magnetic fields generated by the brain and these have been scientifically proven to exist. Explaining this in terms for the average person might be a little difficult, but stay with us.
Scientifically, human thought is just a biochemical process of neurons being transferred between different synapses in the brain. However, this transfer of neurons creates an electrical current. Tiny, sure, but measurable. This electrical current also generates a tiny magnetic field. Keep in mind the brain has tens of thousands of synapses firing at any one time.
Can this bio-electric and bio-magnetic field be used by humans to communicate mind-to-mind? Do these electrical and magnetic waves carry content, or just the brain equivalent of meaningless static? Can people use mental training to control these brain waves? Can techniques like meditation or controlled thought be used to shape these brain waves into meaningful communication?
With the magnetic or electrical fields there are problems and these fields can easily be drowned out by the technology of everyday items like televisions, microwaves, refrigerators, stereos produce much bigger electrical and magnetic fields.
There are, however, problems with the electrical and magnetic fields. Unfortunately these fields can be overpowered by everyday technology. For example the microwave, television, refrigerator. These everyday items produce much larger magnetic fields and electrical fields. Is it possible to reach the brains magnetic and electrical fields during an emotionally heightened state, fear, pain or shock? During these emotionally charged times, in the brain, a spiking of bio-magnetic and bio-electric activity is created by neuron synapses firing.
Researchers of parapsychology have documented brief Telepathic communications. One instance is a mothers knowing her child has been hurt, even though they are separated by many miles. This fear and anxiety the parent experiences creates the spiking of neurons and is this brain activity telepathically communicating? Does the relationship between two individuals contribute to telepathy? Or perhaps is this all just coincidence?
Too little scientific evidence exists to prove, without a doubt, telepathy is factual. However, this is gradually changing. More and more studies are being conducted and show humans are telepathic and with proper instruction and training can develop this ability.
